Qué recoge este sitio

Nada. No hay analítica, ni píxel publicitario, ni rastreador de terceros, ni cookie puesta por nosotros. Tu elección de idioma se guarda en tu propio navegador y nunca sale de ahí. El sitio es estático: navegarlo no deja un perfil tuyo en ninguna parte.

El proveedor de hosting mantiene registros técnicos estándar (dirección IP, navegador, página solicitada) para la seguridad y la operación del servicio, como cualquier servidor web. No los usamos para construir perfiles.

Qué pasa cuando nos escribes

El formulario de contacto y la dirección de correo llegan al mismo buzón, que lee una persona. Usamos lo que nos mandas solo para evaluar el fit de tu caso, para responderte, y para presentarte dentro de la red cuando hay fit y tú quieres.

• No vendemos, arrendamos ni compartimos tus datos con terceros para fines comerciales.
• No te agregamos a ninguna lista de correo. No hay newsletter ni secuencia automatizada.
• El formulario envía tu mensaje por nuestro propio servidor. No pasa por un servicio de formularios de terceros.

Qué no publicamos nunca

Este es el compromiso central del sitio, y vale para todos: para quien escribe, para quien visita, y para las instituciones y empresas de la red.

• Nunca publicamos quién escribió, qué preguntó, ni qué se conversó.
• Nunca publicamos visitantes, itinerarios ni casos.
• La red se muestra a nivel institución. Las personas y empresas no se publican.
• En Oportunidades publicamos la forma de una demanda, nunca la identidad de quien la lleva. Un nombre aparece solo con el consentimiento escrito de esa parte.

Las presentaciones

Una presentación es el único momento en que tu información llega a otra persona, así que tiene su propia regla: no te presentamos a nadie sin decirte antes quién es y qué diríamos. Si prefieres que algo no se pase, lo dices y se queda acá.

Cuánto tiempo lo guardamos

La correspondencia se conserva mientras el caso está vivo y un tiempo razonable después, porque una conversación muchas veces se retoma un año más tarde. Si quieres que borremos tus datos, escribe a [email protected] y se borran.

Tus derechos y quién responde

Puedes pedir qué tenemos sobre ti, pedir que se corrija, o pedir que se elimine, en la misma dirección. Magnolia es una iniciativa civil independiente, no es una empresa ni una agencia de gobierno, y es la responsable de este sitio y de este buzón.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker and no cookie set by us. Your language choice is stored in your own browser and never leaves it. The site is static: browsing it leaves no profile of you anywhere.

The hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested) for the security and operation of the service, as any web server does. We do not use them to build profiles.

What happens when you write to us

The contact form and the email address land in the same inbox, read by a person. We use what you send only to evaluate the fit of your case, to reply, and to introduce you within the network when there is fit and you want us to.

• We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
• We do not add you to any mailing list. There is no newsletter and no automated sequence.
• The form sends your message through our own server. It does not pass through a third-party form service.

What we never publish

This is the core commitment of the site, and it holds for everyone: for those who write, for those who visit, and for the institutions and companies of the network.

• We never publish who wrote, what they asked, or what was discussed.
• We never publish visitors, itineraries or cases.
• The network is shown at institution level. People and companies are not published.
• In Opportunities we publish the shape of a demand, never the identity of who carries it. A name appears only with that party's written consent.

Introductions

An introduction is the one moment your information reaches someone else, so it has its own rule: we do not introduce you to anyone without telling you first who it is and what we would say. If you would rather we not pass something along, say so and it stays here.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept while the case is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, because a conversation often resumes a year later. If you want your data deleted, write to [email protected] and it gets deleted.

Your rights and who is responsible

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at the same address. Magnolia is an independent civil initiative, not a company and not a government agency, and is responsible for this site and this inbox.
